Trulia provides a service similar to Zillow's, but with a focus on current listings and asking prices, vs. Zillow's sold prices (it's still a little buggy - the 'undefined' green line is Berryessa, and inventory data seems to be missing for a couple months from Dec 2010 - Jan 2011):
